The IETF 126 headquarter hotel and meeting venue is the Hilton Vienna Park

The address of IETF 126 meeting location is provided below. You can book your hotel reservation at the Hilton Vienna Park via your participant dashboard once you register for the meeting. Our room block is available from 13 - 24 July. Rates will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days after our room block dates upon availability.
NOTE ABOUT CANCELLATION: Individuals may cancel reservations without penalty up to 7 days prior to their check-in/arrival. In case of cancellation from seven (7) to three (3) days prior to check-in/arrival, the hotel will charge three (3) nights at the Group Rate as a cancellation fee. In case of non-arrival or no-show without notice, the hotel holds the right to charge the individual’s full length of stay reserved as cancellation fees.

Guaranteed Reservations to be Held: Guaranteed reservations will be held until 11:59 on the day following the arrival date. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card.
